Golden Goose, meet Purple Cow.

In the midst of working hard, paying bills, and satisfying clients, I am having one BIG business goal/issue. I need to turn my golden goose into a purple cow.

( i.e. I need to develop a strategic / standout - niche market that will allow me to position my business as a dominant focused business that serves a particular type of client. )

In the past, when I would hear about developing a niche I would begin to worry about loosing business from the other types of clients that would come my way. My good friend Curtis Gray of CarverLab told me that to “focus is safer than to be broad.” That sounded like a good theory but I didn’t fully understand.

Not until I saw this video by Seth Godin.
