But my partner always says that marketing is not just about getting new customers. The majority of a company’s business will come from their existing client base- thus the efforts that we perform in making our website better and for communicating and marketing to others will improve the service our customers receive.
Some of us get too busy with our own business and are satisfied with our own business and we feel like we no longer need to do any marketing because we don’t need new business.
But the truth is that we need to communicate with our existing clients. This will help us to continue to have business in the future.
